Whole 30 – day 22

Can’t believe we’re almost done!

Breakfast: Leftover roasted potatoes with eggs (mine were scrambled, Jesse’s were fried)

Lunch: Oven roasted drumsticks [coconut oil, Frank’s, garlic powder, salt, coconut milk, cayenne pepper] and steamed broccoli.

Snacks: A few nuts. Jesse had a banana. We had another “date night” and ate more pistachios and had another fruit smoothie too.

Dinner: “BLTs” [prosciutto, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise]

How we felt: It’s getting to hard to remember. I was feeling a little stressed and tired. There’s been a lot of work stuff going on recently that has been difficult. We’ll see what happens. I didn’t have to work yesterday though, so that was nice. Not sure about Jesse. I forgot to ask.
