Whole 30 – day 9

Jesse had to go to Siloam Springs again to sub for his boss, so I got to do laundry and tidy up the house. I had to go to work in the evening and ended up not getting home until almost 1am.

Breakfast: Prosciutto wrapped mini frittata cups


Lunch: Salad [arugula, baby kale, cherry tomatoes, mini bell peppers, cucumber, celery, onion, with chicken breasts [marinated in olive oil, lime juice, cajun seasoning] and dressing [olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, fresh herbs].


Snacks: Spiced nuts and mandarin oranges (Jesse had hard boiled eggs and a banana)

Dinner: The leftover meatballs and roasted veggies from yesterday.

How we felt: My energy felt a lot more steady despite the fact I still hadn’t recovered from the weekend. I didn’t even feel exhausted at work, so that is nice. My brain still feels more clear. Not sure about Jesse – we didn’t really get to see each other yesterday and he was asleep when I got home.
